What is your MOQ for full OEM?

Our full customized OEM minimum order value is USD 500, shipping cost is excluded. If you only need sample to test market, we support 1 unit sample order without full OEM customization.

How long does sample production take?

Common samples can be finished within 7 working days after confirming your customization details. If you need special technical modification, sample lead time will extend to 10-14 days.

Can you provide CE, RoHS, or other certificates?

Yes, all our wall sanders pass CE and RoHS certification. We can offer full certification documents for customs clearance. We also support applying for other market certificates upon your request.

Do you offer protection for exclusive designs?

Absolutely, we sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with global clients to protect your exclusive logo, package and product designs. We will never sell your customized products to other buyers.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union and PayPal for sample orders. For bulk mass orders, standard payment term is 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of bill of lading.
